1. Can I sell Babease items in my own shop or web shop?
Yes.
You can log in on our professional page with your VAT number. After acceptance by Babease you will have access to our wholesale catalogue.
Your shop or web shop will also be indicated as a retailer on our main page.
2. Are all products on the Babease website developed by parents?
Yes, Babease only distributes products invented and developed by moms or dads.
3. Can you send a package directly to the lucky one?
Yes, during the order procedure you can mention another delivery address.
4. What happens if I’m not at home when de postman comes by?
No problem. You can indicate another delivery address on the order form (work/neighbour,…) or your postman will leave a message indicating when you can pick up your package at the post office.

5. Do I have to pay delivery costs?
Yes, unfortunately there is not much we can do about that. In any case, we try to keep these costs as low as possible. Whenever a package is that small it enters in your mailbox we will choose that option. Costs will also appear during order procedure. Orders above 80,00 EUR will be sent for free. You can also look for a retailer close to your place. They are mentioned on the product pages. You can find our delivery conditions in our General Terms and Conditions.
6. Can I place orders per phone or e-mail?
Yes, you can place orders by telephone on number +32 485 185 298 from Monday till Saturday (09u00 to 17u00) or by mail to heidi@babease.be.
